Adam I. Telsey, Esq.

Adam I. Telsey, Esq. has been practicing law in the State of New Jersey since 1998.  He was born and raised in Salem County, where he continues to reside.  Mr. Telsey is a 1995 graduate of the University of Delaware and a 1998 graduate of Widener University School of Law.  Mr. Telsey began his career clerking for the Honorable Timothy Farrell, J.S.C..  He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. 

Mr. Telsey handles a wide variety of legal matters, including the creation of corporate entities, corporate and business contracts and disputes, commercial and residential real estate leases and purchase agreements, landlord/tenant, including evictions, ejectments, civil litigation, private and commercial loan agreements, trust and estate planning, probate and estate administration, probate and estate litigation, in rem and in personam tax foreclosures, mortgage foreclosures, municipal court matters, including DWI, speeding, accidents, and assault, and domestic violence restraining orders.  Mr. Telsey also has twenty years’ experience in Local Government Law and represents numerous municipalities, planning boards, housing authorities, sewerage authorities and other municipal and county agencies.   Mr. Telsey is also a Past President of the Salem County Bar Association.

Mr. Telsey takes pride in his practical approach to handling matters of all types.  Mr. Telsey is also talented in finding the right solution for unique, difficult and complex matters.
