Kristin J. Telsey, Esq.

Kristin J. Telsey, Esq. was born and raised in Holland, Michigan and now resides in Salem County with her family.  Ms. Telsey graduated from Denison University in 1996 and received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1999.  She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mrs. Telsey began her career by clerking for the Honorable Theodore Z Davis, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, Camden County.  She has continued her career focusing on matters that require innovative solutions and unique problem solving abilities.  Ms. Telsey handles all aspects of civil litigation and appellate practice, estate planning, probate and estate litigation, guardianships, residential and commercial real estate, business disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and personal and business contract disputes.  Ms. Telsey also represents local municipalities and county agencies.  Ms. Telsey currently serves as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Carneys Point-Pennsville Joint Municipal Court in Salem County and for the Bridgeton Joint Municipal Court in Cumberland County.  Ms. Telsey also serves as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Character.

Ms. Telsey believes in a practical approach to resolving legal matters.  She works closely with her clients to navigate the complex and frustrating world of legal disputes and enjoys finding creative solutions to reach the result that best suits each client’s needs.
